Milano Food Week: it’s show-cooking time for Pergotenda® Millenium® Celeb at Palazzo Bovara
Milan is a lively city, always on the move, a world landmark for trends and innovations: a city that never stops, just out of a hectic Design Week, kicked off the fuorisalone of taste this week.
Until May, 13rd, Milan Food Week and Milan Food City are lighting up the Italian metropolis again, with a tasty program: at Palazzo Bovara, two Pergotenda® Millenium® Celeb recreate the ideal outdoor space for show-cooking, samplings and food talks organized by Confcommercio Milan.
The mayor Giuseppe Sala and the president of the Region Attilio Fontana were present at the inauguration last Monday, to wear the Chef’s clothes for one day and make an exceptional show-cooking, led by starred names including Andrea Aprea, Claudio Sadler, Andrea Berton and Tommaso Arrigoni.
The jury was composed by Carlo Cracco, Alessandro Servida and Sergio Mei, together with the councilor Cristina Tajani and the director of the Ambrosian Caritas Luciano Gualzetti.
The first of many events focused on the main theme of this year, "Food and its 7 virtues", that this week will be hosted by Confcommercio in Palazzo Bovara. What else? A touch of Made in Italy design, the Corradi specialty.
